About the Chief Technology Officer / Head of Platform position
We are building a global strategy platform – and looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Platform to join the team. You will have leadership over all technical aspects, roadmap, development and 24/7 operations. You will need to be both a visionary architect and hands-on developer of the Strategy Tools Platform. You will have the leadership role to bring the platform vision to reality, through our current and future tech solution. You should possess strategic thinking and strong business acumen, being well-versed in current software, SaaS, platforms and collaboration trends and familiar with a variety of solutions. You will be a part of the management team, working closely with our global team and partner community.
You report to the CEO.
Define the technology roadmap for Strategy Tools
Define, own and develop the platform
Lead the work to build and maintain the technology stacks (front and back) and integrations
Responsible for the overall technology strategy, short- medium and long-term
Responsible for platform development, product functionality and development
Responsible for maintaining a 24/7/365 operations with global users, support, FAQ and operations
Lead and built the data-strategy, including data structure, data capture, AI and ML
Decide on all aspect of payment technologies and solutions
Lead the internal and external development teams to build and upgrade the platform
Responsible for bug test, MVP and approve platform for launch
Identify key technologies that might be important today or in the future (software)
Identify key hardware/software collaboration platforms for strategic partnerships
Own all technology and product to external stakeholders, partners, investors and future recruitment
Work closely with our Growth and Design teams to identify new services and solutions and develop these to users and subscribers
5+ years' experience of working on a CTO / Head of Platform or other relevant position
Proven experience leading complex software development projects
Proven experience building and scaling SaaS solutions
Experience with digital collaboration tools
Deep understanding of platform architecture and platform mechanics
Ability to grasp complex strategy issues and turn this into a technology product roadmap
Able to lead internal and external teams (development, operations)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving skills with strategic approach
BSc or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area; MBA or other relevant graduate degree will be a bonus
