Our sales team has a strong funnel of leads, a working sales process to close the deals, and we are currently hiring more sales reps in order to be able to follow up on all the leads. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and structured person.
You will work closely with a number of sales reps. in the field, ensuring all leads, contracts, and meetings are efficiently and accurately documented and categorized within SalesForce.
Part of the job is going to be coordinating the diaries of the sales reps and senior management to ensure the most efficient and effective use of meetings both internally and externally.
The senior management team is primarily focused on product and sales, this role will also encompass a number of administrative tasks such as basic bookkeeping, payroll, budget, and sales target reporting, arrange company events/meet-ups, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Provide Sales support
Assist with contracts and billing
Update SalesForce
Track and report on sales targets
Bookkeeping tasks (including payroll and budget monitoring)
Arrange company events/meet-ups
Various ad-hoc
Be a motivated, independent worker and real team player
Work independently, and highly organized and structured to get all tasks completed
Have 5 years of accredited bookkeeping capabilities
Highly literate and capable and capable of reviewing contracts and documents
Be fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
Be sufficiently tech-savvy to use all relevant online tools and services
Ideally have some experience with SalesForce
Captego is a remote-first company, with no offices, but we do meet occasionally – so really you’re working from anywhere you want. (Yes, this is a position as an office manager in an officeless company)
