As our Automation (Pardot) Specialist you’ll take on a newly established role within Penneo, reporting to our Head of Marketing, Gautier Garin and working close by with our Automation Manager, Julio Adise. You have a big impact on the technical and automation side, from sales to product marketing, setting up some automated processes between the different business areas. Responsibilities and mandate
Work directly with the Automation Manager and the Brand & Communication Manager to establish and execute a marketing automation strategy
Execute email campaigns in Salesforce/Pardot Marketing Automation system including building multi-touch campaigns, logic streams, automation rules, creation of segments, forms and landing pages, email content creation, and deployment
Build automation processes to attract, convert and onboard customers
Interpret and implement digital best practices for email, personalization, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages
Analyze, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel
Partner cross-functionally to design and implement campaign tests, and apply results
Track and monitor lead journey and custom redirects
Elaborate on ROI of campaigns for reporting

You hold a Bachelor or a master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or Management Information Systems
