OMIT is an unconventional company in a critical brand building phase, and will therefore require an unconventional sales strategy that is able to balance commercial goals with the integrity of the brand. You will, together with the OMIT founders, need to be the central advocate and ambassador for OMIT, and contribute to building a culture around the brand that will pave the way for exponential sales growth and word-of-mouth, as well as attracting potential future investors and collaborators.
OMITs first major product group, The OMIT Instrument, was recently launched, and more products and accessories designed to help find paths to inner peace are planned for release in the coming years.
This will require leveraging personal networks, targeting communities and complementary customer groups, and requires someone who is both subtle and a closer.
Together with marketing and brand team you will be responsible for planning, execution and construction of sales and sales strategies/activities from inception to completion, while ensuring consistency with overall image and standards of the OMIT brand.
The position and role is new so depending on your profile and previous modus operandi it should be developed together.
