The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing EUC (end-user computing) support to all internal users, both office and non office-based staff, as well as various project initiatives.


What you’ll do:

  • Provide high level of customer service and support to end-users across locations

  • Utilize the ticket tracking system to categorize, prioritize and escalate issues as necessary

  • Take ownership of issues/requests through resolution or escalation

  • Analyze hardware and software problems, troubleshoot as per approved procedures

  • Participate in project related activity in varying capacity

  • Perform hardware and software setup, configuration, and testing as per current standards and approved procedures

  • Help create and maintain system support documentation

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows and network troubleshooting, web-based application support, and familiarity with the entire Microsoft end user suite of products

  • Strong experience and understanding of Office/O365

  • Strong remote user support experience

  • Experience in supporting Mac OS

  • Experience in working with the ServiceNow platform preferred but not necessary

  • Experience in working with Okta preferred but not necessary
