Lenus is a fast-growing software company building an intelligent nutrition and workout solution that helps personal trainers, dieticians and other health professionals to scale their business while preserving a high degree of personalization. This is achieved through our full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps for end-users to follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach.

Lenus is experiencing strong financial growth. The company has been bootstrapped since its inception and currently has a recurring platform revenue of +12M DKK every month. Lenus is operating in Denmark, Sweden and Great Britain and is looking to further internationally expand in 2020.

Our software has helped people lose over 100.000 kg and change their life with healthy habits, workouts and nutrition! This number has grown exponentially until now and we need you as our Product Owner to help us maintain the growth.

We are looking for someone passionate about our mission of shaping the new industry of online fitness coaching. You have the ambition of defining the future of our world-class products. We have a strong team of engineers and designers to help you succeed in bringing the product forward. Our diverse and open-minded team is based in Copenhagen. We work hard, but also strive to have fun while doing it.

Specifically, you will lead our payments team in crushing hard problems as we make sure fitness clients can pay their fitness coaches as frictionless and elegant as possible, while accommodating for local legislature and cultural differences across the world.

One of the more interesting challenges is how we are going to handle payments on behalf of fitness coaches across several markets (Scandinavia, UK, Germany, and the US, for now) in a uniform way, yet still adapted to local markets.

We expect you to:

• Lead product efforts within our Payments business capability

• Own and shape the product vision and communicate it to the entire organization

• Run product discovery with a high degree of stakeholder and end-user involvement

• Work in close collaboration with Product Design, be driven by a user-centric approach, being part of the user labs to ensure the best possible user experience

• Work in close collaboration with the engineers to streamline delivery

• Communicate product changes to the users of our platform to ensure their continuous engagement with our product

Your qualifications: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with product leadership within a SaaS business

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working as an agile Product Owner.

• Experience with building the data foundation and measuring the success of product efforts

• Good understanding of engineering practices and principles

• Health and fitness industry experience is a plus
