What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Manager that has a track record in using your great insights in online communication, branding and understanding of user behaviour into effective campaigns, traffic generating activities and traffic conversion either from a corporate or in a start-up. What is important is your experience as we are not looking for someone right out education except if you been working with Marketing and PR in a business invironment with success.

You must be fluent in English both spoken and written. Your informal leaderships skills and your ability to structure, plan ahead and execute in relevant ways is much more important than your formal education. So maybe you were the president of the Studen Council, or editor of the school Facebook Group or? No matter - you love to execute and organize!


Your tasks

For the next 3 months, we are on a user growth rocket. We need to go from "few" to MANY users each month exceeding last month by far, creating a hockey stick.

To make this happen we need support to execute our PR and marketing plan in close collaboration with our Management, Marketing team, webdevelopment team and our Partner Team. We know we have not thought of all, but we have the overall plan in place, so now we need execution, and adjusting the plan down the line.

Our plan is extremely broad: we will work on many aspects, from speaking with ambassadors, reaching out to newspapers and TV, over Social Media and news emails, blogs etc. etc. Daily tasks would involve working in a small team to create and schedule daily social media posts, create blog posts and newsletters, automate mailflows reach out to media, or our ambassadors etc. etc.. All with the aim of getting many more visitors that you will then convert these to users and recurring users.


Who Are We?

Almost all in our team have a passion for skiing/snowboarding and we would love you to be the same. Our team is global with most of the team based around Copenhagen. In total, we are +25 people. We meet up once a week - either virtual or physically - but in between, we meet virtually anytime needed and we constantly work - individually or as a team for the same goal.

We have built a platform with more than 14000 ratings from users all over the world and we have our first paying clients.
