Italian and English speaker Platform Synchronisation Specialist
As Platform Synchronisation Specialist you are responsible for the technical process of demonstrating the value of Clerk.io using the customer’s own data from a variety of e-commerce platforms in collaboration with our sales and BDR teams.
One of our biggest markets is the Italian market. For that reason we are looking for someone who is fluent, similar to native, in Italian and fluent in English. Both languages need to be fluent in oral and written.
About the job - your responsibilities:
Install Clerk.io apps or plugins on the customers’ ecommerce platform.
Own the technical process preparing and syncing data from the prospects WebShop and making the live demo WebShop ready.
Provide assistance for customers, when they install Clerk.io app or plugins on their e-commerce platform.
Work closely with the Sales teams to make sure webshops are ready for demo and align with prospects on next steps
Secure feedback to the Product team, if anything in the synchronisation processes can be optimised on any of the e-commerce platforms
About you:
Ideal candidate would have a background in tech support, or in a customer-facing role - and you gotta love tech, e-commerce and understand that this is the future!
We will provide you with the needed training, but as a person you are problem-solving by nature, with an engaged, self-motivated and can-do attitude
Understanding and highly interested in implementing technical solutions with internet technologies. Do you know how to code a little? Then it would be a plus, preferably with Python and PHP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both english and Italian - this is essential about you - besides being nice of course
When can you start? No later than the 1st of February 2021. Ideal candidate can start the 4th of January 2021 - but that is on our wishlist for Santa 🎅
