For that, we are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team in Copenhagen.
With 60 million DKK funding from Tryg, Undo is on a mission to change insurance as you know it. We're replacing bureaucracy and roadblocks by injecting technology and accessibility into an industry that lacks both. The result is 100% digital insurance provided mainly through an app, that delivers a fast, affordable, and hassle-free experience. In the app you can buy insurance, manage coverages, and submit claims within minutes.
Situated out of Tømmergravsgade, you’ll be working in a box-fresh new office space where the entrepreneurial spirit is thriving. You’ll be joining a team of 35 driven young(ish) people, that holds experience from Google, Qvartz, Uncle Grey, MobileLife, and Uber. We work together across disciplines and function as one group.

The Role
2021 marks the beginning of Undo’s third year of existence. It also marks the beginning of the most important growth phase, with an upcoming launch of a new app and expansion into a new insurance product. The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team to successfully establish a strong position in the Danish insurance market going forward. You will own all marketing activities for Undo and subbrands, and ensure we hit relevant marketing KPIs.
You’ll bring a combination of domain expertise, creativity, and the ability to drive things forward with your team. You will be reporting directly to our CEO and work closely together with other teams across the organisation. As Head of Marketing you will take over a well-driven marketing process and a passionate team motivated to help customers achieve a better insurance experience.
Finally, we are looking for a great leader (people and business) with an analytical mindset and the ability to understand and balance branding and customer acquisition.
Your responsibilities
Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy in accordance with company OKRs
Elevate the Undo brand together with the Head of Content
Own and allocate the marketing budget
Plan and execute the hiring roadmap within marketing
Be the driving force behind implementing a professional marketing process
Proactively seek and identify opportunities and projects for customer acquisition
Transform marketing data into insights for top management
Lead and plan campaigns for product launches in collaboration with Product teams
Manage external marketing partnerships
Manage a team of 4 FTEs
About you
You are independent, a go-getter, a can-doer, and possess an exceptional drive
You are sociable and full of energy – a true funky original
You have min. 6 years experience with marketing across multiple channels
You have experience with app user acquisition strategies
You have experience working with a broad variety of marketing tools
Excellent communication skills in Danish is a plus
+4 years of experience with leading a team
You are analytical and have a metrics-driven approach to marketing.
You have experience hiring and building a marketing team
You are a proven high performer with clear goal setting strategies and achievements.
Finally, you love to take responsibility and have a strong knowledge and interest of current digital marketing trends, strategies and techniques.
