The position

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to be part of our agile team of product designers and Software Developers. Your responsibility will be to make sure that we design and deliver high-quality software products in accordance with market demands in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, your job will consist of:

• Defining the problem to solve with input from sales, support, and the end-users

• Gathering empirical insights that will help you break down the problem and create valid assumptions

• Creating customer journeys and extract requirements

• Create wireframes that mock the user flow and test with real users

• Copywriting text/content for our various apps and web apps

• Be actively engaged in 1-2 agile sprint teams in parallel

Competencies we expect you to have

• +5 years of experience designing SW products/services in a SaaS scale-up company

• Educational background in information or engineering design sciences (hardware or software) with a user-centered focus

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Holistic and structured mindset

• Ability to navigate various abstraction levels

• Good communication skills (visually and verbally)
