We will ned 7min Tutorial Videos and lots of online teaching - glass and 1 on 1 - since we will use Monday.com for HR and Mental Wellness as well. You will start this team alone - it will be scary.

You will try to

- buying beautiful countryside land - globally

- manage world leading architects - like BIG and Effekt

- present the financing to the board and banks with DEF™

- manage and run a Eco Crowd-Lending campaign

- growth hacking with our partners

- create logistic plans and LCA

- produce the homes in our RobotFactory in the woods with Rambøll

- interview the future tenants and foster each community with Nabo.io

- be part of operations - post opening party.
