We are looking for a BAD-ASS Customer Onboarding Specialist, English native speaker for our UK market. You could also be Danish with English language skills similar to native.

You will be responsible for the onboarding journey, making sure the customers are satisfied and use our product to its full value.
About the job and your responsibilities:
Develop/code technology solutions to customers for integrations, product extension and enhancements
Facilitate technical discussions in the onboarding process for new customers
Determine the scope and resources of the onboarding process to successfully complete
Install, configure and troubleshoot Clerk.io products in production, test and development environments
Conduct onboarding proof-of-concept and help customers envision final solution
Work side by side with the customer to understand and meet their needs
Identify and document gaps between requirements and IT capabilities
Drive onboarding improvements with Head of Onboarding
Interact with stakeholders at all levels -both internally and externally
Qualifications and personal skills:
Ideal candidate would have a background in software development and SaaS, in a customer-facing role
Experience working directly with customers to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements
Experience developing technical solutions with internet technologies including HTML, CSS and Javascript.
It is essential that you have experience with coding eg. with Python and PHP
Presentation skills and ability to adapt to the audience
Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
