To help us shape the future, we’re now looking for a talented Product Manager with the right mix of technical brains, an eye for design and an ear for the user.

What you’ll be doing

• Understanding customer needs through continuous user interviews and market research to see opportunity.

• Collaborating closely with design to ensure aesthetically pleasing and highly efficient customer-facing functionality. 

• Prioritizing and making tough day-to-day product decisions to stay on track. Saying no is as important as saying yes.

• Scoping any new improvement to ensure it can be delivered in a timely manner.

• Driving development processes with the engineering team to remove blockers and ensure smooth sailing. 

• Delivering value through incremental improvements that are highly innovative, but user friendly.

• Communicating goals, progress and achievements to your team and beyond. From intern to CEO. From designer to engineer.

  
  

 About You

• Min. 3 years experience as Product Manager

• Interested in current tech trends. You want to know how they drive innovation of existing and new functionality and how that fits into the overall product strategy.

• Are empathetic towards our customers’ challenges and you understand the root cause before you design the solution.

• Analytical approach to solving problems and know that we need to continuously deliver incremental value to our customers and the business.

• Make convincing arguments based on your experience and analytical skills, to ensure a clear priority.

• Know how to translate customer needs into product requirements. You facilitate the agile process by writing, grooming and prioritizing projects, stories and features.

• You’re a skilled communicator that can keep stakeholders informed about upcoming improvements and how they fit into the overall product strategy.
