At Proper, Customer Success is a core part of our business and product. While the recurring tasks are automated, we value human conversations and have a skilled Customer Success team standing behind all our customers. It’s the key to our success.
Proper is more than efficient property management. Proper is a seal of quality, safety and reliability. Our service is a lean and automated process for landlords and tenants – providing transparency and trust in the rental market. We want the renting experience to be favourable, there are no reasons for it to be a complex and difficult process to rent out, nor should the tenant not feel at home. We scaled more than 30% MOM for 18 months and received our Seed round early 2020. Now we’re preparing for our Series A to reach multiple countries and +100K tenancies!
As a part of our Customer Success team, you will oversee day-to-day operations and long term business relationships with our customers, the landlords, and their customers, the tenants.
You will be responsible for taking care of new and existing landlords and tenants who contact us for a variety of reasons - and your ultimate responsibility is to help them on their way, ensuring their questions are answered. Furthermore, you will be responsible for enabling our customers to fully adopt Proper in order to grow their business.
We are growing fast! And as we scale up, you will be looking after hundreds of landlords and thousands of tenants. This means that you constantly look for ways to ensure that our customers get the value they expect from Proper. Moreover, you are data-driven, think scalability in your work and can help us improve our communication; video guides, templates, FAQ, etc.
Coach
Coach a team of Customer Success Specialists who will own the onboarding and nurturing of our customers
Elevate team performance by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results of each team member
Act as a trusted advisor for our customers and team, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner
Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes.
Player
Ensure customer satisfaction (we have close to zero churn and want to keep it that way) and a positive business outcome for the customer and Proper
Be a Customer Success advocate internally, i.e. serve as the customer's voice and provide feedback to your colleagues in Product and Sales
Close additional revenue opportunities within our existing client base
Be an awesome Proper ambassador for all landlords and their tenants.
Your work is characterised by high quality, where your skills within service shows the added value you bring. The ideal candidate is also good at working at a high pace, and must have experience with customer contact over the phone.
