We are looking for an exceptionally structured, clever and very friendly student worker to join our Customer Experience team. Customer experience is a fundamental part of Organic Basics. Our Customer Love agents provide our customers with exceptional service and bring the voice of the customer into the company. Ready to play a key part in creating the future of sustainable fashion? Customer experience is a fundamental part of Organic Basics. Our Customer Love agents provide our customers with exceptional service and bring the voice of the customer into the company. 


Your daily tasks at OB will include: 


  • Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, and live chat

  • Community engagement on social media

  • Processing customer returns and exchanges

  • Solving logistics issues and daily communication with our warehouse

  • Identifying metrics to track and ensure those metrics are linked to business outcomes

  • Categorizing insights into relevant data points, and educating internally about the customer insights

  • Flexibility in terms of working hours split into office hours, evening and weekend shifts

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hrs per week


What we expect from you:


  • Reliable, exceptionally friendly and a great problem solver

  • Flawless, written and oral, in at least two of the following languages: English, German, French, Danish

  • Always willing to go the extra mile

  • Eager to learn and a true team-player

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in multiple tools and processes to manage your daily tasks

  • Good at managing your work at a high pace and moving through your different tasks with humor and ease

  • You love a good high five

  • Passionate about our planet and want to help create the change you want to see in the world

  • Available to start working on February 1st
