We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead and build our fast growing Customer Success department and processes. The position is fulltime based out of our office at Copenhagen harbourfront.
You are a driven and ambitious individual with strong leadership skills. You are a techsavvy problem solver, who are always on the lookout for ways to optimize the customer experience and processes to improve KPIs. You have a positive attitude and problem solving approach, when facing new challenges. You love the dynamics of a fast-pace startup environment.
Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the team
Optimize existing processes within the company and take lead on new Customer Success initiatives
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
Maintain a revenue base by managing subscription retention and renewal
Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge portal for customer self-service and CRM
Run smooth operations of our weekly order cycle and allocate resources to peak periods
Reputation management on Trustpilot, Google and facebook
Proficient in Danish
Proven experience managing people in customer service or customer success
Experience with software implementations for omnichannel customer service and CRM
Enjoying the dynamics and pace in fast growing start-up environment
Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
Experience analyzing and optimizing existing processes
Tech savvy and curious to learn new and smarter tools
