Job Description

As our new Product Manager, you are our customer advocate, and it is your responsibility to make sure that what we offer is exactly what our customers need. At Bestrida we value Product Managers who can think strategically to continuously develop and improve our product offering. Part of your responsibility is to continuously engage our customers and to study their behaviour using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HotJar.

You will work closely with our engineering team and take charge of the product development. We expect our PMs to be able to perform the role of a Product Owner (PO) on a scrum team, run agile ceremonies, write user stories with excellent acceptance criteria, and create low fidelity mockups and designs.

At Bestrida, you will be at the centre of everything that happens. This means you should be an excellent communicator, great team player and able to work with several stakeholders at the same time.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who can bring some experience in product management to the team and who is fairly autonomous. While we are here to support you, we also expect you to be able to fend for yourself. You should have:

• 2+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent

• Great written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English

• Experience of working in agile development teams

About Us

We are new around here. We have been in business since the end of October 2020 and are now looking for people to help us take the next step. Currently, we have one full-time employee and a number of highly motivated and engaged board members. Since we come from a number of different countries, our company language is English. We are currently all working remotely but have the option to use a workspace around St. Eriksplan as soon as we are more than one full-time employee and when the pandemic allows.
