Main goal:

Design and redesign a set of highly efficient and automated processes for our clients in order to reduce waste and increase value

Context:

Most of our clients emphasize delivering a high quality, predictable and consistent value to their customers. This might be through a simple supply chain or a complex set of services. The way to achieve this is to carefully, in detail design the processes and workflows that are present within the client’s company. These processes can be related to a wide range of different business functions and departments, but nonetheless they all play their own part in generating the final value. Our clients rarely have the time to do this themselves or lack the knowledge, so they choose to work with us at Mcon Services. Additionally, you will also be working on the internal processes of Mcon Services.

Position type:

This is a full-time position with flexible billing hours. This means that you will get paid by the hour, but there is enough work for you to work full time and even more. A minimum amount of 25 hours per week is required, but you are free to work more than that.

We also have flexible working hours in the sense that you get to plan your own weekly schedule. You will have to plan one week in advance. As a rule of thumb, the working hours are 100% flexible. You can work in the morning, during the day, or at night – it is up to you as long as you reach the agreed number of hours weekly.

The position is mainly remote, but if you wish we have a coworking space available in Frederiksberg if you would rather have a dedicated workspace.

Job intro:

As the business process analyst you will have a major impact on all of our Client Solution projects and will work closely with the clients and the software development team. Basically, the analysis and design that you will provide will be the basis for any software development that will be done. You will take an objective, non-bias view on the operations of our clients’ company and come up with great optimization ideas. Often times, the efficiency of the processes will depend on the degree of automation applied. Therefore, you will also be including automation features in the process design. This is where your creativity can truly shine. With this said, you are not required to design any complex software architecture or logic but will have to understand the basic technical software concepts and include these in the process design.

When we are looking at internal process design for Mcon Services, the work will be more or less the same, and these processes will have great impact on how we deliver our services and value. The better these processes, the more we can grow.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the current company processes and their interdependencies

• Analyzing where these processes are inefficient or can be improved

• Redesigning existing processes for better efficiency

• Designing new processes to handle new areas of the business

• Documenting the process details and information flows

• Keeping track of client feedback and redesigning processes

Qualifications (required):

• BPM experience (studies or work)

  • Knowledge about different BPM frameworks

  • Understanding of process mining

• Theoretical understanding of following technical concepts (You should not be able to use them, but need to understand how they work in general)

  • Relational database

  • API/web services

  • RPA

  • Excel pivot table
