Daman has created a digital health scale-up / product business with the platform HealthBuddy. HealthBuddy works with several innovative products that will be scaled in the future.

Our vision is to provide digital health services that help people with chronic diseases experience as high quality of life as if they did not have the disease. Our goal is to reach at least 10 million people with chronic diseases via the various products in the HealthBuddy platform.

Designing delightful interactions that lead to better lives

As a UX/UI Designer, you are the central person to lead the design from user needs into the actual digital health product. You will work closely with our Product Lead, developer team and data scientist to advance and improve our digital health services.

Your most important focus is to design intuitive, usable and engaging interactions and visual designs for our health apps. This includes solving design problems by breaking them down into parts and performing ongoing user testing. You thrive by working iteratively and loves to involve users in the design process.

The primary tasks and responsibilities are:

• Design wireframes, mockups and concepts

• Optimize usability and user experience

• Conduct user tests

• Collaboration with Product Lead and developers

• Support process and culture that enables high innovation efficiency 

Desired competencies and experience

• Deep and successful experience with UX/UI design of smartphone apps (min 3 years experience)

• Experience with User Experience research, such as persona development, organizing workshops, searching for competitor solutions

• Knowledge and experience with agile processes, preferably SCRUM

• Preferably experience with definition of tone of voice and micro-copy writing

• Preferably experience from healthcare, but not a requirement

Team-player with an awesome aesthetics eye

• Frontrunner in spotting trends and future design styles

• Creative mindset and motivation to take our HealthBuddy products to the next level

• Strategic thinker in the UX field

• Well worded in writing and speaking - at least in Danish and English

• Good empathic abilities, but at the same time robust in everyday life

• Passionate and results-oriented

• Good communicator skills
