We are looking for a Senior User Experience designer to join one of our product teams. As Senior UX designer, you represent the user and work in close collaboration with Product Owners and Tech leads on defining and designing one core pillar of our software product.

You will be in charge of continuously gathering data and evidence to map out opportunities and pains as well as draw out customer journeys and develop insights into concepts through prototyping, data analysis, solution design, workshop facilitation, and much more.
Your areas of responsibility will be:
Map, triangulate, and make sense of customer insights while connecting it with desired business outcomes and possible solutions.
Define, articulate, and test ideas, concepts, interactions, and prototypes with a strong focus on solving user needs.
Help specify and sketch out intuitive user interfaces with attention to making components reusable
Facilitate workshops and programs (could be design sprints or other similar formats).
Setup continuous and recurring cycles of constant user feedback and testing with our end users.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our discovery processes and tools.
Contribute to our growing design system and component library.
You have 2+ years of experience with UX design
You have a strong toolbox of UX methods that span across user research, user interface design, and interaction design.
You have experience with digital idea- and concept development. Could be through design sprints, prototyping, or similar.
You work in a goal- and data-driven way and would rather want to validate your hypotheses through research, tests, and prototypes, than trusting your gut instinct
You are familiar with the principles of modern iterative development and principles like Dual Track agile, etc.
You have experience using tools like InVision, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
