Humanitrack is currently looking for a passionate volunteer, student or intern, who wants to help develop our brand further! 

Who are we?

Humanitrack is a volunteering platform, supporting research into the sciences and technologies that solve the world’s biggest challenges. Activities on the platform include the pursuit of   knowledge on topics such as  Coronavirus, Cancer, or sustainable energy solutions. Our volunteers gather information in ‘pools of knowledge’, creating a shared library for open research in a variety of fields. In other words, Humanitrack is a community of heroes who want to make a difference, and better the world through collective action.  

… so what is the job all about? 

As the UX/UI designer, you will have the opportunity to use your skill- set to work on our website design and interface with regards to creating a positive customer experience and consequently increasing engagement. Essentially, you will be an advocate for the user and maintain our website in a way that best serves our end users.

Tasks include: 

• Gather user requirements in collaboration with the team

• Design/Streamline user interfaces such as tabs and menus

• Identity and troubleshoot UX problems

• Conduct feature adjustments based on user/team feedback

• Work well with the MarComm team to ensure design and content is in sync

Practical information: 

• With volunteers being located worldwide, all tasks are performed through Slack and Google Drive

• Possibility to meet at our offices in Søborg, Denmark at Verdensmålshuset (The Global Goals House) near Buddinge Station

• This position is part-time volunteering and would require about 15 hours a week and we need you NOW!
