TEAM SALES DEVELOPMENT

How will you spend your time at Penneo?
As our future Sales Development Consultant, you will be responsible for booking sales meetings with prospective clients in Norway. You will learn to identify the challenges faced by our client audiences before relaying the business value of our digital solution.
More specifically this translates into the tasks listed below:
Prospecting of potential clients by reading up on their goals, needs, and challenges.
Outbound calls to potential clients with the intention of booking qualified meetings for our Account Managers.
Quality assurance of booked sales meetings and making sure our Account Managers are equipped with the right information.
Continuous learning about sales techniques, communication strategies and solution selling.
How will this role progress?
During the 1st month:
We will train you on our internal systems, processes and approach to meeting qualification. We will teach you how to identify key decision makers in the different types of companies that gain value from our solution to ensure we always meet with the right people at the right time.
You will be introduced to how we measure performance as a mixture of quality, activity and quantity, so you know exactly what will make you a success at Penneo.
By the end of the first 30 days, you will feel comfortable in your pitch and prospecting, as well as have booked your first 10 meetings successfully.
Within 3 months:
By this point you are successfully meeting your KPIs and continue to book successful meetings with Norwegian companies outside of the top 100.
You understand our value proposition and have achieved skills that allow you to argue these value points to small business owners and senior executives alike.
Within 6 months:
You develop into a Senior Sales Development Consultant as a reward for continuing to reach your targets.
Your focus shifts to companies on the top 100 list - we want to keep you challenged!
Within 1 year:
At this point, we expect you to continuously reach your KPI targets. If so, you will become part of the Penneo Sales Program, which concludes with an internal examination.
Once you pass this examination, you will transfer into one of our Sales teams and begin your career as an Account Manager. Congratulations!

Who will be in your team?
You’ll be part of our young and international Sales Development team led by Dennis Mortensen. This is where we get to invest in the next generation of salespeople and teach you all we know about prospecting, question-techniques and lead qualification. Cold calling and direct selling is certainly tough at times, but we’re a high energy team that never forgets to have fun while always supporting each other in becoming better at what we do.
