We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager for our London team to take lead on supporting and building strong relationships with our key enterprise clients.

As Customer Success Manager - Enterprise you will be in charge of all activities related to our enterprise clients. You will be on the frontline of Worksome’s growth, working closely together with our clients to help them reach their goals with the help of our freelancers and contractors, positioning us as their preferred platform for freelance and contractor needs. As the business grows you’ll play a central role in building and growing our Customer Success team.
About your responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for key enterprise customers
Building strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
Collaborate with our Customer Success Team solving day to day tasks as well as defining customer success strategy that can scale globally
Collaborate with our product team on continuously improving the product and platform for the benefit of our customers
About You:
3-5 years of experience in customer success operations
3-5 years of experience in working with B2B products, preferably digital products related to HR, People Management or recruiting
Motivated to solve never-before-seen problems and have a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Can balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
Interested in new business models, platform economy, exponential technologies
A few fun facts, cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plus 🙂
Importantly, we’d love you to have been part of a journey similar to our forthcoming journey. You’ll have spent time in start-up environments, growing from a small founding team to bigger geographically-disparate teams.
