We are looking for a new colleague that can help us build our customer relationships. Your main task will be to identify expansion and other contract opportunities in your existing enterprise client base.
What you will do!
Own the commercial customer relationship, post-sale through to renewal.
Take an active part in executing proactive upselling strategies.
Work across Customer Success and Sales departments.
Attend meetings to present and explore new opportunities for the customer to increase their engagement.
Manage and push your own sales pipeline.
Build relationships and be the friendly face our customers know and trust.
What we expect from you!
You have a can-do attitude and like learning something new every day.
You are likeable and trustworthy.
You have sales experience, preferably from similar positions.
You enjoy building relationships and have a genuine interest in maintaining them.
You are fluent in English.
