Treamer is a Maria 01-based award winning startup, providing an on-demand staffing platform to connect businesses looking for casual labour with the members of the Treamer app. Founded in 2015, Treamer currently has more than 40 000 users and is expanding into new markets with the help of latest raised funding.
TL;DR
This is fixed-term position for 6 months, starting in December (think this as a project to focus 110% before summer of 2021, then take a break and enjoy the results of your work)

ABOUT THE NEW MARKET LAUNCHER POSITION
In this role, you will be launching Treamer in Estonia.
The focus in this role will be on finding, recruiting and helping to onboard the new members of the local country operations team. You will also be doing additional corporate setup tasks, such as finding an office space for the team in the heart of the Tallinn’s startup ecosystem and scouting the right partners to support the growth.
The new country operations team consists of a Country Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Development Associate, Customer Success Manager, part-time Marketing Manager and part-time Payroll Accounting Specialist.
You will be closely cooperating with our CEO and the rest of our launch team.
You would be ideally based in Helsinki but Tallinn is also an option.
FOCUS
You get excited about the idea of travelling to new countries, networking with local professionals and finding new people to join Treamer and build it from the ground up in that market.
Knowing Estonia, especially Tallinn, is a great plus as this is the location where you will be spending most of your time networking.
You love to be with new people, network and contact people in an inspiring manner for getting them to be excited about one the fastest growing staffing platform startups in Europe.
You are a quick learner and communicator able to deep dive into specific topics related to talking with experts in their respective fields and understand the specifications of the role at hand you’re fulfilling.
You find it exhilarating to lead and manage the recruitment process and onboarding supported by the rest of our launch team.
You feel that you are a talented communicator, able to deep dive into specific topics related to talking with experts in their respective fields and understand the specifications of the role at hand you’re fulfilling.
You will keep track of dozens of applications and candidates at a time as well as coordinate recruitment assignments with the candidates, also innovating on how we evaluate prospective candidates.
