Job description: you will work on cold calling corporate clients, specifically HR, BU leaders, change management. Your job will be only to set up a meeting between the potential client and the CEO. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. Potentially you could take up more of the sales responsibilities beyond just cold calling i.e. meetings, account management.
Required: fluent English, good work ethics, ability to make calls in high volumes despite the potential fear.
Big plus: fluent Finnish, understanding of coaching as a methodology, basic understanding of the product (check our website).
Hours: flexible, ideally at least 20h/week.
Duration: ongoing contract.
Starting day: ASAP.
Location: can be done remotely, but you have to live within Finland to call local numbers.
Payment: commission from sales, 20% or €2.5K whatever is lower. No base salary for at least the first 2 months. The average check size is €10K, lowest 2.5K, highest €100K+.
Learning: sales experience in a high-potential startup, understanding of startup operations.
