Are you a strategic mastermind with good leadership skills and a genuine interest in other people?This role is full-time and you’ll plan and execute Junction's partnerships and sales, meaning that you’ll cooperate closely with our operations, marketing and tech teams. You will be meeting interesting companies from small startups to global corporations. The position includes a lot of strategic thinking, but at the same time, you’ll get your hands dirty and have concreteness in your daily tasks.

Recruiting and leading a volunteer-based team of Account Managers

Here’s what we require from you and your know-how:
You have strong communication skills you love to pitch things you are proud of
You are well-organized and self-motivated, you get to plan your job very freely so good self-management skills are required
You get motivated when reaching your goals
You can handle stress well and finish your tasks in tight time frames
You have a basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools
You have previous experience in a sales or partnerships position
You are fluent in English, preferably in Finnish as well (this is purely because of the high amount of Finnish-only-speaking partner companies)
In addition to the ones mentioned above, you’ll be the perfect candidate if 2 or more of these features describe you:
You’ve attended or volunteered at a Junction event before
You are creative and can think outside the box

This role is perfect for a student or for someone who has just hopped into the work life. We usually work at our Kamppi office and working remotely is naturally allowed.
