Short and sweet. While we rarely have support calls due to our great product we do have the need for a support tech & manager who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help us grow and keep happy customers.
Our platform is provide video conferencing services to the SME market (global), is browser and app based and needs a new support tech to handle our few incoming support tickets. Our 2nd line support is in place in the US and Canada and 1st line is handled by our customer success bot. This role will be an "in between 1 and 2" role.
Ideal for students, techies that want to learn video conferencing and communication platforms as well as work remotely, and join a growing global team.
We are a scrappy company and while at this time we cannot provide a salary we can provide a stock plan and potential for financial compensation down the road. We are not a 9-5 company, just need that role to be filled by someone to check in from time to time.
