Today GoMore helps more than 2.5 million users share cars in Denmark, Sweden and Spain and now in Finland too.

As Customer Experience Intern you will be team-member number two in our new Finnish business and be responsible for driving several growth campaigns to acquire new owners and renters to our platform. You will report to the Finland Market Specialist, Boris Perkiö.

The position will be based in GoMore’s HQ in central Copenhagen, but remote work can also be possible.

Primary Tasks

• Customer care: Handle inbound and outbound contact from new and prospective users in the market

• Sales: Drive new users towards the platform through email, SMS and phone campaigns and continuously prioritizing and optimizing campaigns

• Marketing: Help identify new ideas to increase usage of our platform.

Requirements

• Strong customer care skills and an innate wish to give the best possible customers experience

• Ability to communicate clearly to users

• Ability to take operational decisions continuously

• Native Finnish speaker with strong written skills

• Strong verbal and written English skills
