Who are we looking for?

To help manage our 2-3x annually growing business, cashflow, financial planning and analysis, we're looking for an experienced VP of Finance to kickstart our internal Finance team. Whilst our accounting and auditing is outsourced, our growing company (and its overseas subsidiaries) requires someone to manage all aspects of our Finances on a strategic-level as well as work with our external partners to more accurately plan, predict and improve our financial position.

As VP of Finance you'll be the voice of reason on our leadership team when it comes to capital allocation (or the justification thereof). You'll make sure we're aligned on budgeting, forecasting and help us manage finances more predictably. You'll be the trusted right-hand of our CEO when it comes to understanding the shape of the business and improving capital allocation decisions and practices.

We expect you to have a thorough grasp of finances, FP&A and have experience in ideally several different accounting standards. We'd like to you to have international experience in working with companies with several overseas subsidiaries and the related tax and transfer pricing practices, although this expertise can be sought out from the outside as well.
