We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to be in charge of all our recruitment and Onboarding activities. At Worksome, we’re constantly growth-hacking our way to the stars. By bouncing ideas, sharing knowledge and using the newest technologies, we take a super ambitious approach to winning the market!
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be supporting Worksome on that journey by finding and retaining excellent people. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and team members.
About your responsibilities
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and build pipelines
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Implement and maintain ATS/Onboarding tools
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
About You
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Excellent communication skills
Well-organised
Interested in new business models, platform economy, exponential technologies
A few fun facts, cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plus
Importantly, we’d love you to have been part of a journey similar to our forthcoming journey. You’ll have spent time in start-up environments, growing from a small founding team to bigger geographically-disparate teams.
