Pointvoucher - rewards you! That’s our promise and we are now looking for a Head of Affiliate Marketing & Rewards that can take our rewards to the next level, give our users more from the brands we all love and grow our traffic through affiliate partnerships. You will be in charge of the platform content rewards strategy, content publishing across markets, and affiliate campaigns.

Pointvoucher is a rewards-gaming platform that let's users play games and earn points to get more from brands they love. We are entertainment that gives back - we partner with global brands to offer the best rewards our users can enjoy, while offering brands new visibility to a whole new audience. We are now looking for a Head of Rewards & Affiliate Marketing to take the lead on this exciting journey.

This job is a crossover between marketing, account manager and business development.

You will 

• Create Pointvoucher's reward strategy (which offers, gift-cards, vouchers & more) across various membership tiers

• Oversee all reward markets

• Be responsible for publishing the best possible rewards that we can offer

• Gather insights and provide feedback to the business development and product development team

• Run surveys to get insights about what our users want

• Develop relationships with account managers with our existing brands and partners

• Plan and coordinate weekly campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts in collaboration with the marketing team

• Lead a team of interns that will handle the manual work

• Publish rewards on our platform in collaboration with the team

• Gather analytics and create reports for the management team

• Identify new opportunities in the reward space in collaboration with Business Development

• Develop and run affiliate campaigns to grow our traffic with platforms and affiliate networks.

You have 

• 5+ years of experience working with affiliate and/or e-commerce in retail or similar

• Let’s get things done attitude, with focus on quality output

• Strong planning and project management skills

• Fantastic problem-solving and communication skills

• A desire to work in a startup with all the challenges and opportunities that follow

• Good knowledge of the brand landscape in Europe and the US

• Graphic and design skills are an advantage

• Fluent in English both verbal and written; Danish, any added languages are a bonus
