Knowledge Gate is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to build relationships within a defined territory of Life Science organizations. To do so, the right candidate will utilize pipeline management and hopefully help develop best in class sales processes, consistently aid the sales team in closing new deals and collaborate with project fulfillment colleagues to successfully on-board new clients. The ideal candidate will have an intense hunger to win, a willingness to learn quickly and the desire to be part of a performance-oriented, team-centric environment.
We expect salary for low performer to be about DKK150 and top performers salary to be at least DKK300 an hour where base salary is DKK110 and DKK500 commission per converted lead.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Directly engage and build relationships with Life Sciences executives (typically C-level management or board members, occasionally Heads of Departments) via phone and email (70+ manual touch points on a full day)
Articulate KGG's premium brand, and value proposition in an organized and professional manner
Help in developing and implementing strategic tools for the improvement of overall sales operations
Work closely with internal colleagues to accelerate sales cycle and close new business
Effectively communicate KGG’s Mission, Vision, and Strategy
Represent the core values that underpin KGG’s culture and brand
Candidates for this position should have a demonstrated ability to be creative and commercial and/or have a track record of overachieving in a performance-based environment, preferably but not exclusively, in the life science industry or consulting industry. A demonstrated interest in and understanding of the content that matters to our life science clients is vital.
