To strengthen our Brand & Marketing team, we are looking for an ambitious, talented and detail-oriented designer to join our team. You will work in close collaboration with our content team to produce and execute high-quality design and visual content in line with our brand identity and make sure our brand is consistent across all digital touchpoints.

 

As our new brand designer, you will be responsible for creating a variety of design and visual content for all levels of the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is passionate about branding and knows how to develop and integrate creative and engaging visuals according to our brand guidelines across channels. Your goal is to drive forward and evolve our brand identity across all our channels, showcasing our brand story, product and the worldwide community of restaurants using our platform to succeed with their restaurant. We are looking for a self-starter, with strong skills within branding and design and who can help sharpen and bring our brand efforts to the next level.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging designs to support our brand and marketing objectives.

  • Day to day design and content creation for our digital channels (SoMe, website, podcast, blog post, PR, newsletters and other marketing material)

  • Help to evolve our brand identity while ensuring consistency across all our digital channels

  • Actively seek to improve the quality of creative thinking and design solutions.

  • Create compelling visual stories, art direction, research/curation and production for every new campaign. 

  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines — able to balance attention to detail with a fast-paced turnaround.

  • Other design tasks such as guidelines, sales material, presentations,  investor pitches etc.

Clean Design Skills 

You know good design when you see it, and you are passionate about creating visually compelling materials to drive forward our brand identity. 

 

Love for lifestyle branding

Your graphic design skills are matched only by a passion for lifestyle branding. You are curious about branding tendencies and know how important design to establish a relevant brand. 

 

Good communication skills

You are a good communicator who is not afraid to share work early, and give and receive honest feedback about our solutions. We speak English, and being able to communicate fluently across teams daily is a requirement.

 

The ability to be autonomous

You are a self-driven, well-organized go-getter who gets the tasks done on time, even when things are moving fast.

 

A team-player mindset

You are a team player, used to collaborate with multiple team members. We are a family here and we want you to be part of it.

 

Self-starter 

You thrive working independently (yet collaboratively). You don’t have to wait to be told what to do. You are a curious soul who is interested in learning new skills, and not afraid to fail fast or ask stupid questions to get the job done.

 

Requirements (Skills and Experience): 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role in a company or agency. 

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. - Lightroom, Premiere and After Effects is considered a plus.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with producing visuals for branding and marketing purposes.  

  • Someone who is highly motivated and will proactively come to the table with new ideas.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines. 

  • Fluency in English
