Lenus is a fast growing B2B2C tech company providing intelligent software solutions and business development to some of the most prominent fitness coaches and other health professionals around the world. Thanks to our fast growing business, we bring new and amazing people onboard every month and therefore we're now looking for IT Support.

Why do we need you? 

You will be part of our growing diverse support team that currently consists of our 2 part time students Patrick from Denmark and Haliuka from Mongolia together with our Team Lead Tilman from Germany.

They are handling a lot of our client support, but as we grow we need a dedicated person to support our own employees in Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Berlin and Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• 🦸 Make sure that your new amazing colleagues have everything they need to get started right away - from IT equipment to software and system accounts

• 🛠️ Provide technical assistance with computer hardware (mainly Mac) and software (Google and Slack to mention a few)

• 🧰 Perform hardware and software installation, configurations and updates

Requirements

• No particular educational background is needed, but you need to be very tech savvy and know your hardware and software

• You must possess excellent English skills and Danish is a plus, but not a requirement

• Be outgoing and service minded as you enter a young, highly energetic and social organisation

• Actively take part in improving our products and how we work, there is plenty to influence and constant improve
