We expect salary for low performer to be about DKK150 and top performers salary to be at least DKK300 an hour where base salary is DKK100 and DKK500 commission per meeting booked. 

N.B we are only looking for a native NORWEGIAN speaker BDR's 🇳🇴 for this position to the Norwegian marked.  

As a Business Development Representative you will:

  • Develop and manage high volume prospecting of outbound leads through calls, emails and other channels (50+ manual touch points on a full day)

  • Partner closely with account executives to develop and implement outreach strategies 

  • Conduct discovery with prospective buyers and create next steps including scheduling meetings for account executives for further qualification

Qualifications include:

  • Students looking for a relevant part time student job

  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required

  • If above goes well, you will be invited to a Clerk.io CASTING the 18th of November from 10.00 to 15.00 It is essentiel that you join this event!

  • After the CASTING we will evaluate who goes on for the next round. Next round will include a 1-1 interview at the office with a case you need to prepare in advance. 

  • If everything goes GREAT we will welcome you to Clerk.io no later than the 1st of December
