Good Monday is on a mission to change workspace management for good. Our first two years just went by and it’s been a crazy ride. We won “Best Proptech Europe” at the Europas by Techcrunch, “Best New Company 2019 in the Nordics” at the Nordic Startup Awards final and during the current pandemic we have grown in both clients and revenue. We have offices in Copenhagen and London and are just about 35 employees.

We help more than 200 companies by creating better workplaces and employee experiences and we are really just getting started.

We are a small strong development team looking for our new capable front end developer. We consider ourselves open and curious and always striving to be better than the day before. Technically you are:

* At least 5 years experience with backend development.

* Understand what it means to write code that is easy to read and easy to maintain.

* You have experience with functional programming - or a strong drive to learn.

* Interested in the product you develop as well as the technology.

* Understand how to interact closely with product people.

What will make you stand out:

* Experience using Erlang or Elixir

Right now we are a small team, so there is not much process. We believe in basic agile principles adapted to the situation and the people we are. We believe in the strength of communication - to ask and be asked - and to keep each other informed of what is happening.
