Claimlane is a B2B Saas startup operating in the fashion industry (FashionTech) currently expanding to the German market. We have built a platform for fashion brands to easily manage complaints (i.e. faulty clothes). Some customers are GANNI, Mads Nørgaard, Hummel, and Skechers. Our mission is to make the complaint process seamless and provide our customers with insights about their faulty products, thus helping them make better and more sustainable products in the future.
We are growing and as a part of our German expansion, we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager. You will primarily work with our UX Researcher.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an excellent communicator and great at building a trusting relationship with our customers. In your role, the focus will be on ensuring a seamless onboarding process and provide excellent and efficient customer service. Your typical tasks will look something like this:
Calling retailers to help with onboarding them to our platform.
Help solving customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring issues and rapport them to our UX'er to optimize the customer success process together.

This position can be remote or in Denmark (our office it located at Islands Brygge, Copenhagen).
The position will start with flexible hours ranging from 2 to 10 hours pr. week.
