We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager Intern to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
✅ Your Tasks
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Manage key accounts
Act as the point of contact for clients
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Identify new potential customers
Supervise sales account representatives
Ensure budget and time requirements are met
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
Establish best practices
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
⭐️About You
You have successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Hands on experience with customer service
An ability to increase customer engagement
Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and time-management skills
Excellent multitasking skills
You are full of commitment and enjoy working with other colleagues
You can work independently when required
You are intellectually curious, creative, and willing to learn about new industries
You are well organized
You can collaborate with people across competencies, departments and interests
You are fluent in English (and preferably Danish too)
BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
