Our app, Yepstr is now Sweden's largest platform for simple and safe teenage-jobs like babysitting, tutoring and dog-minding. We now need your help as our future Head of SEO and Performance Marketing to put the last pieces into place before we shift focus from Sweden to the World.

We just started looking for our Head of SEO and Performance Marketing, and maybe that's you? 🧐

You would join Yepstr at a super exciting growth-phase, early enough to really make your mark. Through your work you will help young people to get their first job and at the same time make the everyday life better for families. 

As our Head of SEO and Performance Marketing you will be doing exactly what the name says😅 Owning and driving our main growth channels - SEO and Performance Marketing (via FB and GA).

For SEO we currently have three content writers, so your job would be to identify the keyword strategies (and the sequence of keywords we should target) so the team keep creating great content that outperforms our competitors.

For Performance your job will be to own the creation of audiences and placing the right material in the right step to guide them down the funnel. You will begin with a monthly budget of 100,000SEK which will increase as reach our targeted ROAS. Initially we would want to see you testing and iterating on the ads yourself so you really understand what works and doesn't. When you're ready let's bring in an intern or two that you can coach!

Furthermore, since your role is a lot about understanding the USPs we will often look to you for insights that can be applied in our product development.

To enjoy and thrive in this role we think you are a curious and analytical person. You've probably worked within an analytical field before, maybe search or performance marketing or something similar. Maybe you've spent some time at an agency and worked for several different companies. Our dream candidate would also have some sense of communication or branding, so that our communication is well-thought-through and really breathes "Yepstr".

Responsibilities

• Owning our SEO, driving high-quality traffic to our website

• Owning our Performance marketing, creating audiences and guiding users down the funnel to achieve our ROAS targets

  
  

We are looking for someone who ...

• Has previous experience from either SEO or Performance Marketing or both

• Has spent some time in an analytical role

• Has experience in setting up / modifying ads (preferably in Facebook or GA)

• Can speak Swedish and English (yes, this is a requirement since a lot of our SEO work is currently in Swedish)

• Likes people and likes having fun along the way!

Big plus if you have any of these...

• Basic video editing

• Branding or communications background

• Team leadership experience

• Previous digital marketplace experience

• Previous startup experience
