Hilfr ApS is platform for cleaning combining great cleaning with good working conditions for our Hilfrs and Super Hilfrs. Hilfr is today number 2 on the Danish market (after Happy Helper) but with a clear ambition to become the leading platform for cleaning and household services in the Nordics. Hilfr is an established company with a loyal customer base and a growing revenue, LTV and retention rate.

As our new CEO you will in cooperation with our board be in charge of developing and executing our strategy. In the short term (12-18 months), your main areas of work will be:

• Sales, marketing and optimisation of the platform in cooperation with the team

• Lead Hilfr through a new fundraising round in cooperation with the founders of the company

• Improve and enlarge our company culture based on decency, optimism and a desire to improve working conditions for people working in the service industry

• Represent Hilfr at conferences, negotiations, events for Hilfrs etc.
