You will be managing our rapidly growing customer portfolio and building our customer success process in conjunction with marketing and management. Your main responsibility is to maximize customer satisfaction and make the customer experience as good as it can possibly be. From product demos to renewals and upgrades, you will be with our customers through their entire stay at Calqulate.
Working as part of the marketing team, your main duties will be taking charge of customer onboarding and working with the content team to come up with video and educational materials which scale our customer training. You will also hold webinars and group training sessions online.
Previous experience in at least three of the following fields is advantageous:
Finance
Sales
Education
Customer service
YOU NEED:
Act as project manager to make sure our customers succeed in implementing Calqulate with their business. You will be one of the first points of contact and will take ownership internally of customer issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You will be creating both text and video content for product adoption and training
Build and maintain relationships with our customers and continuously work to improve their experience of Calqulate. Proactively look for ways we can improve our their lives through Calqulate.
Help our customers to adopt Calqulate with low touch, scalable solutions
Actively drive customer referrals, word-of-mouth and identify use cases
Manage and solve support requests from customers and prospects
Assist our sales team and international partners as a product expert
You will be working closely with the product owner, sales teams and marketing leads to develop, refine and seek opportunities for growth.
Your main responsibility will be connecting with customers, delivering product demos and onboarding sessions, and looking for ways to scale your activities with modern tools to match our growth objectives. In your first month you may have 5 to 10 demos and onboarding sessions per week. From day one, we need you to think about how to scale this to 50+ sessions a week.
This is a full-time position in Calqulate’s Helsinki office, located in Maria01.
