Partnerships Marketing Manager

Financial analytics is a crowded market space. We are looking for someone with the interpersonal skills to develop and manicure strategic partnerships primarily in the US and secondarily in the European markets. You will be identifying and setting up key partnerships across a wide range of areas, from affiliates to accelerator programs and from venture capitalists to startup centres, your job is develop partnerships that connect our product with our ideal customer (CEOs, CFOs and founders)


You should have a broad network within the following target groups: 

  • SaaS affiliates

  • Startup founders

  • US and EU startup ecosystems

  • Financial analytics and SaaS CFO influencers

YOU NEED:

  • A verifiable track record for driving end to end partnerships and exceeding targets

  • Excellent negotiation skills and a charismatic people-focused attitude

  • Great problem solving skills and you are comfortable working with data when making decisions

  • An in-depth knowledge of working in EU and US markets (high-growth environment) and a strong network and direct connections to startups, VCs, CFOs and CEOs

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Resilient and focused mindset

What you will be doing:

  • Create the local partnership strategy and process plan, prioritizing the highest value opportunities

  • Source and pro-actively manage a partner pipeline to ensure consistent growth and a regular deal flow to Calqulate

  • Draft compelling propositions and clear pitch decks, and work with the Sales team on material creation

  • Negotiate the best possible deals for Calqulate and tactfully overcome any partner blockers

  • Monitor partner and campaign performance and adjust the strategy or campaign tactics as needed

  • Analyze and implement the best tools to get partners compensated with an automated and trackable solution

  • Work closely with key partners to optimize their performance by agreeing on targets. Experience drafting and leading QBRs and retrospectives is seen as a plus.

  • Work with all internal stakeholders, including other growth team members, product, and customer support to maximize deal throughput and ensure a smooth campaign implementation

  • Document and share best practice with the managerial team and stakeholders across the business
