Will you be Brella’s next Digital Marketing Strategist? 💜
We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Strategist to speed up our inbound growth and help us deliver a top-notch digital experience across every online channel. This job is for you if you are interested in the comprehensive development of global SaaS marketing. You are interested in all marketing aspects such as digital-, content-, inbound-, and product marketing. You are always looking for new ways to experiment and implement “growth hacks”. You’ll be part of Brella’s global marketing team, based in the Helsinki HQ. In your role, you’ll work closely with experienced growth and content marketers and have a huge impact on Brella’s future.

We don’t have a marketing playbook so with us you don’t have to do things because “they have been always made so”. Our marketing team is fully in-house so you will have a big impact on our way of working & marketing strategy.
How would your daily work look like? 🖥️
You will lead and manage marketing plans focused on lead generation. It includes executing against plans across product marketing messaging, channel selection, audience segmentation, content creation, and deployment.
You will create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram & Facebook.
You will recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve our strong SEO positions for target keywords.
You will lead and execute the development of CRM automation and processes. (at Brella marketing owns CRM so we have a lot of possibilities there)
What kind of Marketing superstar are you? 🦄
You are a tech-savvy marketing generalist who is interested in creating growth strategies but also excited to work hands-on to implement them.
You don’t have to have years of experience in all marketing areas since marketing is about constant learning but some experience in the following areas is necessary:
Experience with search engine marketing such as Google Ads and SEO
Social media marketing, both paid and organic (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)
Experience in finding insights from data analytics
An ability to convey compelling messages, both in person and in writing
A background in a SaaS company is considered an advantage.
Knowledge about Marketing Automation and Hubspot is a big plus.
