Lead the revenue team and growth:
We are looking for a Chief Revenue officer who will be an integral part of the leadership team and strive to achieve the next big milestone of the company. We are looking for a leader who will build a great sales and customer success team, achieve revenue targets, and be a key driver in the growth of the company. The Chief Revenue Officer will assume a 'hands on' responsibility for supporting new Enterprise customer acquisition, marketplace revenue and understanding client needs by proactively supporting and challenging their aims to ensure that each project achieves long-term success.
As the Go-To-Market Leader, you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role to increase, improve and expand our customer relationship. The CRO leadership role is tasked with developing and implementing repeatable and scalable processes that drive new customer acquisition, improve retention rates, and increase the number of products per customer.
The ideal candidate will understand business growth and have experience in building highly successful sales teams as well as service delivery, customer experience, and will ensure that the strategic direction is implemented. The Chief Revenue officer will be skilled in balancing competing priorities across operations, customer success, marketing, sales, HR, and product. The candidate will ideally have experience in investing in startups, and will have coached growth frameworks globally.
You will be our market-facing leader who understands our customers and is constantly looking for new ways to solve customer problems. You will drive our revenue engine, creating ways to expand our customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop growth strategies with the executive team;
2. Building sales processes;
3. Own the Customer Success;
4. Build high-performing sales and CS teams (globally);
5. Build go-to-market strategies;
6. Leading an aggressive new business development, sales and partnership strategy;
7. A proven track record of over-achievement of growth targets;
8. Capable of navigating and closing complex, high-value deals with a senior stakeholder audience;
9. Produce appropriate metrics, and coordinate compensation and promotions with these metrics;
10. Create and implement a standardized outreach for current and future clients;
11. Monetize the digital marketing landscape;
12. Use the power of data to drive and adapt strategies and processes across the full revenue cycle;
13. Oversee all channel/partner development and actively participate in negotiations;
14. Leverage client research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning;

Experience and Education:
Successful executive with a background of scaling revenue into the hundreds of millions
● Leadership and entrepreneur mindset
● 5+ years of prior experience in leading sales processes within SaaS, E-Commerce or Technology businesses.
● 5+ years proven experience as a operational, market facing, go-to-market leader
● Deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, programmatic and the latest trends of digital advertising
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or similar
● Understanding of fashion industry (brands, material suppliers, manufactures)
● CRM, Hubspot, PLM
● Professional English language

Reimbursement:
1. Annual Base Salary gross: 60k - 90k euro
2. Bonus based on sales commission targets
3. Option Pool: 0.75% - 1%
