We are looking for our next Hiring Manager. As a hiring manager, your job will be to source, attract, evaluate, and recruit qualified candidates for various volunteer and employee positions and seniority levels. Hiring managers work in coordination with their HR team, which supervises the interview and hiring process. Ultimately, a hiring managers’ job is to hire the most qualified applicant for a given position.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Overseeing and performing all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding;

• Advertising open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks, and our career pages;

• Coordinating our internal hiring process;

• Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria;

• Interview candidates via phone, video, or text;

• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (for example via email, job boards, or LinkedIn);

• Send job offer letters and negotiate terms for employees;

• Process employment forms;

• Host or participate in job fairs;

• Promote our company honestly by showing the aspects which the candidate wants to see.

What is required to get the position? 

• Prior experience as a Hiring Manager or a Recruiter;

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent;

• Excellent research skills;

• Capacity to mentor and develop new hires;

• Proficient in MS Office; 

• Time-management abilities;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;

• Strong ethics and reliability.
