Your main task will be helping customers becoming GDPR compliant while creating an excellent customer experience for them. So, do you want to work with onboarding, customer success & project management in the fastest-growing LegalTech markets?

What you will do!

• Own the customer relationship, post-sale through to renewal.

• Facilitate customer onboarding, training, and on-going customer interaction.

• Serve as the anchor point of contact during onboarding and implementation.

• Serve as a project manager on bigger implementation projects.

• Help facilitate communication with customers on new features and releases.

• Assist in developing and executing proactive Customer Success strategies such as:

  • Webinars,

  • E-mail sequences,

  • Regular check-ups.

• Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.

• Create customer success and growth for our clients.

What we expect from you!

• You are fluent in English.

• You are highly structured and independent in your work.

• You have a can-do attitude and like learning something new every day.

• You are driven by great customer experiences and customer relationships.

• You have experience in customer service or customer success positions.

• You have strong people skills.

• You ask questions to understand customer business needs and success measures and are able to translate needs and objectives to a plan.
