Senior Product Manager with health-tech experience

At Radiobotics we are developing innovative software products aimed at radiology and orthopedic departments at hospitals globally. As we continue to further develop our product portfolio we are searching for a new colleague that can help drive the success of our product portfolio by ensuring that what we are building can meet actual clinical needs globally.

Therefore we are looking for an experienced product manager to join our team. The main responsibility will be to drive our current and future product pipeline through a deep understanding of customer needs and translating these into product features. 

We are based in Copenhagen but you are expected to be able to travel. 

Main duties include

  • Collect and digest user needs from customer input and perspectives

  • Conduct market research

  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs

  • Manage product launch

  • Prepare return-on-investment analyses

  • Establish time schedules with R&D

  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume

  • Assess market competition and differentiators

  • Develop user training programs and conduct application training

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

You will work in our commercial department referring directly to our CCO, but will also work closely with our clinical and R&D team. It is expected that you have a good commercial, technical and clinical understanding and that one of your strengths is your ability to combine these into thinking strategically and visionary, to guide the direction of the future products of the company.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate

  • Background from working with product development within software and medical devices. It will be a plus if you have experience from working in a clinical environment e.g. as radiographer/radiology technician.

  • B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in related field e.g. radiology technician,  medicine or engineering
