Outshifter is changing the way products are distributed and sold online. The platform connects suppliers and their products with online sellers and their sales channels. We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Growth Marketer with a proven track record to lead growth marketing and conversion rate optimization for us. Your key responsibility will be to grow Outshifter's user base.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and you will have the chance to try new things on many different channels. In this role, optimization instincts, product savviness, and an analytical mindset are keys to driving growth, engagement, and conversions.

Work with the rest of the team to establish growth strategies that support the company's overall goals and strategy.
Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
Manage external partners and freelancers.
Manage a marketing budget.
Analyze Outshifter's user journeys to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Run A/B tests and optimize funnels to achieve highest conversion rates.
Manage our LinkedIn and cold outreach email marketing channels from setting up hypotheses, creating copy to execution and optimization.
Long term responsibility for assisting in building out our sales/marketing team.
2+ years of growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with partners, prioritize activities, set deadlines and manage budgets.
Experience leveraging B2B/SaaS growth channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing and partnerships.
Data-driven with hands-on experience with A/B testing.
Excellent ability to find insights from Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ready to work in a high paced startup environment.
Great at conversion-oriented copywriting for emails, ads and landing pages.
Knowledge of dropshipping is a great plus.
