Responsibilties:
Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents.
Serve as a consultant to advise other managers on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
Aiding in our organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes. including onboarding of new employees.
Set up and streamline HR processes
Maintain and update the data in our HR systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent studies
Broad interest in the field of HR, open to working in very different areas
Few years of experience in HR.
Comfortable in communicating in English on a business level
Beneficial to able to communicate in Swedish, but not required
Should have your own computer
